Another meaningful curation is — Ayahuasca, a Palo santo and botanical in a ritual cocktail, developed from the symbolic inspiration from Amazonian shamanic traditions, where shamans serve as spiritual guides and healers. Rooted in rituals that connect the physical and spirit worlds, Ayahuasca represents transformation, nature’s wisdom, and introspection. One of the main highlights from the menu is the Bullet Train. Inspired by a time when Japanese express trains offered more than speed — passengers would grab regional snacks and drinks at stations, turning each ride into a quick journey through Japan’s local flavours. Featuring vodka, cacao, caramel, chocolate, coffee, miso and kaffir leaves, the cocktail is a taste of Japan in motion with a fast, flavourful experience that captures the spirit of seamless travel and sensory discovery.  

Guests can also sip the essence of Japan with cocktails like Pacific Ocean, encompassing the charm of sea, it features roku gin, kombu, citrus, sea breeze foam, octopus ink, or  The Geisha, representing the iconic cultural art in the human form, this cocktail comprises sake, mancino rosso, rinomato scuro and umeshu.

For enthusiasts of exotic flavours, the selections with Latin American influence, are certain to engage the palate with options such as Wild Fashioned, featuring skinos Mastiha, gold rum, cinnamon, cloves, anise, orange illustrating the flavours of wilderness from the jungles of the region or the Volcano, made from the lost explorer mezcal, coconut, pineapple, pandan, citrus, and bamboo. Guests can also choose Salvaje’s bestseller - Happy Hippo, spicy passion fruit margarita.
